We warmly invite you to our annual general meeting with the mandatory trophy exhibition on Saturday, 18.04.2026 at 19.00 at Dorfhaus Staufersbuch.

• Approval of the committee’s and Treasurer’s accounts

All trophies from harvested hoofed game (roe deer, red deer, fallow deer, mouflon and wild boar) from the 2025/2026 hunting year must be submitted at the respective local hunting group meetings, and no later than Wednesday, 15 April, to the heads of the wildlife management associations.

Trophies from state forestry offices must be submitted to the relevant heads of the wildlife management associations.


The finest antlers will be awarded gold, silver and bronze plaques.
