 Report by the auditors\n\n• Approval of the committee’s and Treasurer
 ’s accounts\n\n• Vote on the proposed new membership fees.\n\n• Sugg
 estions and motions\n\n— Break —\n\n• Trophy awards\n\n• Hunting s
 ignals\n\n\nAll trophies from harvested hoofed game (roe deer\, red deer\,
  fallow deer\, mouflon and wild boar) from the 2025/2026 hunting year must
  be submitted at the respective local hunting group meetings\, and no late
 r than Wednesday\, 15 April\, to the heads of the wildlife management asso
 ciations.\n\nTrophies from state forestry offices must be submitted to the
  relevant heads of the wildlife management associations.\n\n\nThe finest a
 ntlers will be awarded gold\, silver and bronze plaques.
