How much hatred must someone feel to lay poison bait?
You hear about it time and again, and time and again you are left wondering in disbelief who could do such a thing.
Anyone who lays poison bait for dogs knows they are causing a great deal of suffering. Animals die in agony, and people are left grieving.
Please keep an eye on your dogs! Report anything that seems unusual.
