At a joint information evening with Jägerverein Jura, Volker Loibl, the Jura district group’s lynx and wolf officer, spoke about wolves for around 90 minutes. One of the main topics was how reports become confirmed evidence.
Camera traps, tracks, droppings and sightings were explained as components of monitoring. Sharing our experiences deepened our knowledge and provided an opportunity to ask questions about how to deal with the wolf.
