Our 2024 Hubertus celebration was intended to be a convivial evening for people united by the same passion. For this reason, no extensive programme was planned. After the ceremonial Hubertus Mass, celebrated by Father Armin Heß at the town parish church in Dietfurt and accompanied by our hunting horn players, the hunting association met at the Landgasthaus Freihart in Mallerstetten.
After a welcome from our 1st chairman and a few words from Mayor Johannes Seelus, several members were honoured for their long-standing membership of the association:
Adler Siegfried 25 years
Dietl Jürgen 40 years
Jordan Thomas, Streb Karl and
Vier Reinhard 50 years
The shooting officer, Thomas Seitz, then announced the results of the association championship.
1st association champion, Florian Ferstl
2nd association champion, Tobias Jordan
3rd association champion, Thomas Seitz
The senior category places went to
1st senior champion, Joachim Meyer
2nd senior champion, Rudolf Jordan
3rd senior champion, Max Koller
The prize-shooting winners were also delighted with some great prizes.
Many thanks to Thomas Schels from @jurahunting, who generously donated prizes for the prize shooting.
A lovely evening celebrating the life of the association came to an end.
